Italian beauty
Love the design, italian made Ranges are SOOO nice, fell in love with the range the moment i saw it, works amazing also, took me a minute to get used to it but now i cant go back:)

Awesome Support Team
Initially, I had issues with my stove and dishwasher. Dealing with the broken unit, vendor delays, and uncertainty around the warranty expiration was extremely frustrating. However, everything changed after I received a call Helen - a customer representative of Bertazoni. She ensured that the proper support was put in place, built confidence that the issues would be taken care of, and handled every interaction with calmness and professionalism. That made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate it. All issues were fully resolved, including those identified after the first repair. The representative was proactive in following up after each vendor visit and regularly checked in to gather my feedback.
