We love the look and the style of our 48” Heritage range…but unfortunately we have had to have over 10 service calls in just 10 mos of installation. Really disappointing after spending so very much on this product.

The oven is a disaster! This is an extremely attractive piece of equipment BUT don’t waste your money. The gas top works well. I have the high end model and after years of frustration and technicians trying to remedy the situation I am gong to give up. The temperature NEVER and I mean NEVER stays true. I have to watch over it. I have special thermometers inside with outside display so I can readjust it, which needs to be done CONSTANTLY. I’ve just set it to 400*, put it down a smidge 380* hoping for 400* it went to 460*. I dialed it down to 360* it went down and then rose to 451*! I now dialed it down to 345* and it is registering 411* Now if I could count on the dial being 50 or 60* off I could keep that in mind while setting the temperature. BUT NO, sometimes it stays low, won’t get to the desired temp, 70* or more low. I cannot bake in it, I’ve burned gratins, undercooked chicken and roast, burnt cookies. It came with the house I bought so no recourse. I cannot honestly sell it knowing it’s such a disaster. I know it’s beautiful. Get over it buy something else and save yourself a ton of anxiety!!!

I have owned a Bertazzoni stove for less than 2 years. Before the first year, the glass of the oven door shattered completely. Before the second year, one of the knobs system broke completely. Honestly not what I was expecting from this "high end" brand. Customer service has not been helpful so far. Definitely not recommended.

I have a 26 month old dual fuel range that malfunctioned and burned a whole in the floor of the oven. Out of warranty but you will get the parts if I pay for the labor. That's fine but one of the parts will not be available for 2 months. Hope you can expedite delivery of the part. My wife is very unhappy about not being able to cook for the holidays.

We purchased a dishwasher, 30” induction range, and panel ready refrigerator. The range cooktop works well but the oven has not worked since the range was delivered and installed. We’re waiting on a service tech to come from our appliance vendor. They said it would be a few weeks just to have them diagnose the issue and could be much longer if parts are needed. The refrigerator functions but the instructions for installing the panel are terrible. The way the panel attaches is different from other high end manufacturers such as Bosch, Thermador, etc. and I was only able to figure it out thanks to a video someone posted online, though I still have not attempted to complete the install.
