Refunds are not allowed. Had an unauthorised payment and they are refusing to refund. Luckily I paid with PayPal.

Poorly run company. Requested a refund after playing only a few games of COD: black ops 4 due to my pc being incapable of running it (despite having better then the minimum requirements and on lowest settings) and was rejected due to having too much game time played (had played 1 hours maximum). My friend on the other hand played for about 3 hours and requested a refund and was granted one almost immediately. Even after explaining this to them multiple times they would refuse to take blame for this cock up. One rule for one and another for someone else.

Yesterday i preordered the Black Ops 4, an today i have been trying to download it. After hours, i havent got past 2GB... The download speed is super awful... For example: my Gta V on steam downloaded in 50 minutes, and it is +70GB. Black Ops 4 is only 64GB and here i am still waiting it to download, but nothing is happening after 3 hours... i tried all of those "fix methods" and restarted my pc and stuff... Still not working... Im so disappointed on blizzard. My first time using it and its nothing but trash... Even updates are slow...

I have been using their services for several years now and for the most part everything has gone smooth. I have had payment issues where blizzard charged me for world of warcraft subscription twelve times the amount without me knowing anything about. I made a support ticket which was quickly answered and we found a solution rather quick. I was refunded for the amount. Overall I would recommend their services. The games they provide are nothing but quality.

Blizzard support takes very long to answer. I got my account suspended fro no reason and they haven't answer me in 5 days.

They are not even answering my concern and ignoring it. They are not very helpful!!!! Always making an Excuses and telling me to handle my concern without even helping me!!!! I'm very Disappointed in your Service!!!

I had trouble with deleting a character there was no place to open a ticket for this issue in game so I had to use the forums. The support agent gave unclear instructions he had instructed me to do a full ui reset once i informed him i had done this and it had not worked i was told to try again.No other information he didn't tell me he did anything nor did he tell me what to try again. After I had been told to try again I decided that he didn't care about helping me so i decided i would just rather wait the 30 days for the mail that was causing the error to auto delete I told the support agent that i would just wait the agent then took an attitude with me telling me he had done something to follow his instructions and that part of trouble shooting was trying things. This experience has made it clear that the next time I have an issue it is better just to go through wrong tickets until i get the chat option or just not seek help. Terrible customer service
