I have been playing WoW for some months now (and have just begun playing Hearthstone recently) and I am so addicted. The few times I've come across some bugs or merely some stuff I couldn't work out (mostly the latter), Battle.net's support has been there to guide me through it. They are always very polite and friendly in their replies and have great humor too. I have only had great experiences with battle.net

Blizzard. Just put your games out on steam. Please. And don't make us pay for "New battletags". On Steam, I'm switching names left and right.

I used to love playing Blizzard games. Warcraft 1, Starcraft, Warcraft 2, Diablo. Just started getting back into gaming a little bit and figured I would try Starcraft legacy of the void. Might be a good game if I could actually play it. Battle.net is so convoluted you have to have like 4 spare days on your hands just to get it working... and even then it is so full of bugs that it still doesn't work properly. I don't know how these guys can release a product in this state??? For a Beta test maybe but this is even poor for that. The support staff I've delt with are rude and condescending and seems like you have to be a programmer to even have a shot at making this thing work. Also you can't play the game offline as far as I can tell. I'm gonna buy this companys shares short and short the motha****** all the way down. Hopefully it crashes hard with the bs they have going on now

Support and report systems are bad. I.e. they measure the absolute amount of reports. No wonder i got muted in the time i played MANY (20 a day) games in Heroes of the Storm. I wrote to the support: no one cared. They just dont care "who began" the flame or how many games you played. If you get reported, you get banned.

I am so disappointed in the whole Blizzard franchise! I had a authenticator on my phone which is OK, but I ended in the pool with my phone and got a new phone. Now I cannot get my Authenticator revoked. I sent my ID, I sent my Social Security, .... TWICE! I have not received one response from them. I have numerous games in digital format I can never get access to again until I cant get my Authenticator removed. They took my money and now they are happy, leaving me without access to paid products. I have been a loyal subscriber for almost 10 years.
