Just ask for a refund within 90 days and they will only charge you the $21
I realised I had overpaid through this website and emailed them at info @ usimmigration-support.org. My ESTA had came through before I had received a response to my request for a refund. However, I then received a response (about 3 hours later) from them confirming they would only charge me $21. Although the charge of $139 had been put through my bank, it was still being processed so they were able to update this before the payment had been processed, and only $21 was deducted. So make sure you ask for a refund asap and they will give it to you!
There is a 90 day refund policy on their website too.

Request an immediate refund !
While tired and in a hurry, I went through the ESTA application process on this website thinking that it was the Official Website of the Department of Homeland Security. After entering my payment details, I was shocked to be charged 133.89€ instead of the standard $21. I immediately responded to the confirmation email I received with the following email and luckily got immediately reimbursed within a couple of hours.
Subject: Formal Request for Refund Due to Undisclosed Fees
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally contest the charges incurred during my recent transaction through your platform, usimmigrationsupport.com, for an ESTA application. On [date of transaction], I was charged a total of €133.89, which is substantially higher than the standard cost of $21 as outlined by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. It has come to my attention that your platform has levied significant additional fees that were not disclosed prior to payment.
Under consumer protection laws, businesses are required to provide clear and transparent pricing information. Failing to disclose additional fees constitutes a breach of these obligations under [name applicable legislation, e.g., the EU Consumer Rights Directive or relevant national law], which exists to ensure fair treatment of consumers. Furthermore, such deceptive practices may be deemed fraudulent misrepresentation.
At no point during the application process was I made aware of the full cost of your service. I relied on your platform in good faith, assuming all charges would be communicated upfront. It is evident this was not the case, as the final amount charged far exceeded what could reasonably be expected for such a service. Given the lack of clear disclosure, I believe your additional fees are unjust.
I formally request a refund of the overcharged amount, specifically the difference between the €133.89 charged and the $21 cost of an ESTA. I kindly ask that you remit this amount to my original payment method no later than [provide a reasonable deadline, e.g., 14 days from receipt of this email]. Should this issue remain unresolved, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer protection or legal channels.
I trust you will address this matter promptly and fairly. I expect a written confirmation of your resolution by the deadline stated above. Please do not hesitate to contact me at [your email address] should you require further information.
Yours sincerely,
[Your Full Name]

Real scammers
Real scammers!
Although I´m usually very careful, I have also applied for ESTA on their sites. They did send the ESTA document, but charged me $136 instead of $21.
I have written to them that I do not agree with these scammy practices. They replied me promptly that they would only charge me $ 21, and the rest of the amount would be unblocked in my account within a few working days. So I'm waiting. Plus, I'm worried about sensitive data leakage.

Abzocker Dienstleister

They do not know how to submit an ESTA…
They do not know how to submit an ESTA properly and delay the process. Do it yourself though the official website. It is cheaper and faster. What a fraud organization. Stay away.

"honest" scammers
The website is listed as first by Google (sponsored) and I naively thought it was the official one. I was charged 139£ and I got my ESTA in only a few hours. I told them that I had used their website by mistake and asked for a refund. They only took 21£. DARE TO ASK!
The website clearly states that they are "NOT affiliated with any United States governmental agency" but I somehow missed this. I felt scammed even if the ESTA is legit. I would have preferred not to share my personal data with them.
