I realised I had overpaid through this website and emailed them at info @ usimmigration-support.org. My ESTA had came through before I had received a response to my request for a refund. However, I then received a response (about 3 hours later) from them confirming they would only charge me $21. Although the charge of $139 had been put through my bank, it was still being processed so they were able to update this before the payment had been processed, and only $21 was deducted. So make sure you ask for a refund asap and they will give it to you! There is a 90 day refund policy on their website too.

I was not cautious enough, I thought this is the official US Immigration site. But Immigrationsupport did what they promise. My advice is to use the official homepage beacuse that is much cheaper but following my request within some hours I received my approved authorization to enter to the US. I received it but 100USD more expensive.

Just like all the other reviews on this website I was actually a bit shocked when I saw the withdrawal of $121 from my bank account. It was not very clear on their website that they are not the official US government website for ESTA. But in their terms and conditions it says that you could get a refund within 90 days, which I requested. When I emailed them with this request I got the following message (within a couple of hours): “As we have already submitted the application we have only charged you the US $ 21.00 government fee. We have only captured US $ 21.00 from the original amount that your bank authorized when you made your order. The price for your travel authorization of US $ 21.00 is now the exact amount you have been charged. The charge may take a few business days to update on your card/bank statement, when you will see the original authorization removed and replaced with the US $ 21.00 charge.” They didn’t lie! The $121 that was withdrawn from by bank account was changed to $21 within two days. To check whether my ESTA was legit or not I tried to look up my ESTA in the official application of the US government. It appeared to be legit and the authorisation was approved. Concluding, I still would advise you to use the official US government website to apply for your ESTA, but this one is legit and after all the same price as at the official website.
