Don’t use this website, it’s a SCAM! Clicked in this website as it was the first one that popped up, after filling in every question I had to pay $179 which I already found a bit much for an ESTA. Not knowing about how much it should cost I paid and waited for an e-mail with the conformation, which of course never came. I contacted the organization about it but of course they never reacted to my complain. Please never use this website and just use the official website for your ESTA.

Scam. Pretending to be official gov site and overcharging for esta. AVOID.

If you’re checking this review site, it’s because you, like I, have been caught out by their very official looking website. This company acts as a middle man it would appear, charging 3 times what an ESTA would cost on the official site. The only reason I gave two stars and not one was because when I contacted them within minutes of my application they refunded my card immediately. I’m just concerned about my most personal information being out there with a random company now. Google need to do better as a company and stop allowing companies to pay to be to the hot hit.

This is not the official ESTA website. But, Customer service were brilliant. Was able to get my money back very quickly when I realised and expressed that I wanted to use the official ESTA website. Very pricey but straight-forward to submit application. I retracted mine almost immediately so cannot comment on ESTA confirmation speed.

Scam company. They will take $140, not send VISA and never reply to emails or answer phone. Anxious that they have all my personal information. Avoid this company at all costs.
