Just like all the other reviews on this website I was actually a bit shocked when I saw the withdrawal of $121 from my bank account. It was not very clear on their website that they are not the official US government website for ESTA. But in their terms and conditions it says that you could get a refund within 90 days, which I requested. When I emailed them with this request I got the following message (within a couple of hours): “As we have already submitted the application we have only charged you the US $ 21.00 government fee. We have only captured US $ 21.00 from the original amount that your bank authorized when you made your order. The price for your travel authorization of US $ 21.00 is now the exact amount you have been charged. The charge may take a few business days to update on your card/bank statement, when you will see the original authorization removed and replaced with the US $ 21.00 charge.” They didn’t lie! The $121 that was withdrawn from by bank account was changed to $21 within two days. To check whether my ESTA was legit or not I tried to look up my ESTA in the official application of the US government. It appeared to be legit and the authorisation was approved. Concluding, I still would advise you to use the official US government website to apply for your ESTA, but this one is legit and after all the same price as at the official website.

This is not the official website but it was impossible to tell. It was the first hit on a search and looks official. When inputting my card details it did not advise the cost. I thought I would be able to tell on the card app authentication process. However it did not go through the normal authenticity process on my app. The payment just went straight through and I was unaware of the cost. It is more than 4 times what it should be. I have asked them to void the payment and I will also be contacting my bank. Hopefully other applicants will check trust pilot first!

Bedankt voor de reviews. Hierdoor las ik dat ik via mail de bestelling kon annuleren. Ik had visa al gebeld en die konden niets voor me doen. Het kon dus wel via mail. Daar werd door dit bedrijf erg snel op gereageerd, dat is dan het positieve…

I thought this was the official US visa website so duly completed my application. Only when I received my bank statement did I realise I had been scammed and had been charged 5 times the official cost of a Visa. I am furious. I am in the process of asking for a refund. These are dishonest, unethical and downright disgusting practices.

Inderdaad teveel betaald. Meteen gemaild en binnen een half uur was de bestelling geannuleerd.

Inderdaad pure oplichters !!!! Ziet er goed en professioneel uit maar geven niet aan wat de kosten zijn. Na diverse stappen is er ineens een bestelling gedaan en staat er een reservering op je creditcard account. Gelukking meteen een mail gestuurd en de bestelling geannuleerd. De website is niet gekoppeld aan een overheidsinstelling. Ze kunnen zelf de ingevoerde gegevens doorvoeren naar de officiele website en 100 euro achterover drukken per transactie. Wegblijven dus bij deze oplichters !

Pure oplichting! Een site die lijkt op een officiele Amerikaanse overheidssite maar in plaats van USD21 betaal je USD121…

READ THIS REVIEW if you want your money back! We got scammed as well, paying $121 instead of $21. So send an angry email, they replied it was legit. I send ANOTHER email complaining, and got my $100 back! My boyfriend tried the same thing and it worked for him as well. So might be worth a try!
