I learned about this company from my daughter and I got a great deal with a Thanksgiving coupon. The steps from the initial contact with UrWayHealth to the delivery of the product was simple and easy to follow. The only problem I had was to figure out the 0.05 or 5 units on the syringe. It is a very small dose and a picture of a syringe showing this would have been great for me to follow. Overall a positive experience.

I had an issue with my prescription shipment upon receipt. I emailed super close to the end of thier business hours. I expected a response the next morning. To my surprise, I received a phone call advising that they got the email and will be investigating right away in the morning but they didn't want me worrying overnight. Right away in the morning they called and assisted with a great resolution. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service.
