They are Good and attentive
Working with URWay has been good. I'm early into this but my appetite is less (I get full quickly) and my sweet cravings are less. The URWay people were very nice and understanding when I got confused about my order. Also, they were helpful and persistent about completing my order. In other words, they really pay attention. I have every confidence that any issues I might have will be remind immediately.

The customer service was great
The customer service was great. Received a text and phone to follow up even though it was the end of the day. Answered all of my questions and even called me back after checking on another question I had. I am about to do my second injection so I can't speak to the efficacy of the medication yet. Fingers crossed!
