Customer service was great. Product delivered as expected and on time. Overall really good experience.

Even though there was a hiccup with the delivery the person I was dealing with did everything in his power to rectify the problem. What I do want to comment is the medication is doing 1/3 of what the previous company sent.

The team has been wonderful to work with. Kind, willingness to answer any questions and help guide you on your way.

I applaud UrWay for taking precautions in the name of health. They initially refused to fill my order, since my 4 month old prescription was for a lesser amount than I currently take. They actually suggested I start over with a starter amount of Tirzepatide! Let's get real. The protocol for this drug is that we increase dosage by month to attain maximum benefit. Why on earth would they think it was a good idea to take a step backward in my journey to health? They realized their err, and they nearly harassed me to earn my business (phone, text AND email!). I didn't get nearly as good a price for what I originally ordered, but it's better than other providers. It's on it's way.

I was very impressed with how quickly everything happened and I ma happy to start a new weight loss journey. The only citizism that I have is that I didn't enter a promo because I forgot. I called and left a message, and nobody called me back.

The person who answered the phone was very polite and her customer service was epic. You need more employees like her. I am sorry I don't remember her name, but if you would look at my acct. You should be able to see who made my last appt.
