Difficulty loading the vial…
I like the instructions I received prior to getting my medicine and after I signed up. I also like that it came within a few days. However, I find it very difficult to load the needle from the vial. The vial has very little medicine in it and I was forewarned about this from your company. But it is much more difficult than I anticipated. This is after the first two doses I cannot imagine how hard it’s going to be for the next two doses from that vial.
