I am a return customer and continue to appreciate the great service UrWay Health provides. Renewal orders continue to be filled quickly and the process is straight forward. When I have a question, their customer service portal is always available with a representative there to respond. Great service.

Impressive service … Worth Every Penny
So, they are a bit pricey compared to other sources currently available for weight loss medication‘s online. However, I think it’s worth a little extra, knowing that I can reach someone immediately via text or phone. Their responsiveness exceeds most current businesses. Generally, when I have signed up for something online, I find their “customer service“ is extremely lacking and often involves language difficulties. I usually get the feeling that something is a scam, even when it isn’t. But not with URWay Health. Their website is quite functional and I have been able to delay or skip months when needed without any issues. I even asked to skip a month right after they had charged me for the upcoming shipment. They immediately refunded the charge , and put a follow-up date on my account so that I wouldn’t have any issues ordering down the road. As stated, they are probably a little pricey compared to other companies offering this product. But, for me, it’s worth it. I have been on Tirzepitide off and on for about nine months. My goal was never to lose a ton of weight or to lose it quickly. However, if those were my goals, I could have easily achieved them. But, my goal was to drop some menopause pounds over a period of time along with a change in diet and exercise. I have accomplished my goals so far and intend to maintain some type of relationship even after I reach my goal weight, just in case I gain any additional weight after reaching my goal. Menopause sucks. This has been the one thing I’ve done that’s made me feel better and more attractive while in my 50s. I’ve been able to fit into all my “thin” clothes that I stored away because they became too tight and uncomfortable. Truly, it’s made a difference in my weight, my health, and my self-confidence. Yeah, menopause does suck. This is the first time I’ve felt attractive in a couple years. Sure, my weight shouldn’t really affect how I see myself, but it does… 😬
