Great Quality

I bought 2 jackets almost 100 bucks and neither were like the pictures shown. It was a process just to get any info on a return being done. They were not true to size and the fur on the one looked so chincy. When I wanted to return them my options were only get 28 bucks back and keep the items that dont fit so that makes a ton of sense, or ship it back and I have to pay for it and I do not live near California so I can only imagine what that will cost. I will never buy from this company again.

This is my first time using this site! I like what I see. So I’m gonna have faith that the hoodie I purchased will be perfect for my husband.

Tracking and shipping was great. All of my order was there and the company kept me updated with status of order. Will be Ordering again.

I really like my dog’s Coates however they fit small , so I had to purchase another one(larger size) . Other than that I really like the look and the thought if it fits , it will be nice.

The shipping process was to long. Your website should advise people where the item is coming from so that shipping and delivery would be understood.
