Great shop full of wonderful items for the successful lady. I rewarded myself with some Kate Spade office supplies for a recent promotion. I was thoroughly surprised to receive a handwritten thank you note in my order. You don't get customer service like that this day in age. I will CERTAINLY be shopping with UrbanGirl again and I recommend it to any lady with a sense of style and class. Round of applause!

I like to use vertical files to help my client s organize the files and contracts I make for them. Sometimes those files are hard to find. Urban Girl had what I needed when I needed it, I the colors I wanted. Thanks Urban Girl. Rockin' website!

I noticed there was a price reduction on several of the items that I had bought the day before so I called and the customer service rep reimbursed me the difference in price. They also sent me a customized note and coupon with my package which was delivered on time. I had a very good experience with this company.

This was my first purchase from UrbanGirl and I would definitely recommend. My products were all well packaged and shipped very quickly. And it was a nice surprise to see the handwritten thank you note. I am very pleased.

I dont usuallly like shopping online unless its a big company that I know. But this was a great experience and I would have no reservations doing this again. Terrific customer service! I even received a personal hand written note in the box. Oh, and everything was packaged beautifully.

Huge selection of super fun and stylish office supplies, not just that boring stuff you find at your big box retail store or the teen-age cutesy stuff that will kill your credibility. Two words - Kate. Spade. It's my new go-to store for office supplies!
