I have never experienced such amazing, personalized service from an online company before! Shipping was super fast and my order was packed securely and attractively - everything was there, safe and sound. I received a little note in my box from dazzling Dylan and I was so tickled! I had been expecting just a typical printed packing sheet, but It was handwritten and completely engaging, as were the notes on my order receipt. I was really wowed by the attention to detail and also the way I felt like a valued customer. The little touches included with my order made it all the more magical and was definitely appreciated. It was the perfect experience and I will certainly be back!

I was in need of boring office supplies and back to school supplies for my 2 children (boy & girl), so I went to the usual office supply chains on line. BORING!!!! I goggled cute office supplies and was astonished to find URBAN GIRL. Not only was I able to get everything I needed at Urban Girl it was actually fun and I found the coolest and cutest supplies I have ever seen. I completely redecorated my home office with bright, fun, cool and inspiring supplies. I own my own business so work NEVER ends! My new desk makes it much easier to manage my business and be inspired to be more successful. NO more gloomy boring office supplies! Of course being a professional I still need the not so exciting items but I really enjoyed my experience shopping on the website as well as all the amazing stuff I found. I also found the prices to be a bit lower than your typical "chain" office supply store on most if not all of the items I purchased. You can not get most of the cool stuff I found on Urban Girl at a regular office supply store. I find it empowering to support other business owned by powerful women. We can be powerful and look and feel good doing it! I highly suggest giving them a try. I am a firm believer that all business's have occasional mistakes but how a business handles their mistakes tells me who they really are and what they really stand for. The customer service is above and beyond. I have no concerns doing business with such an outstanding organization. When you excel in the less than glamorous moments you ROCK every day. Great selection of quality products. I received purchase confirmation and shipping confirmation emails with tracking info which I appreciate. The owner also put a lovely little note in the package to thank me for purchasing from her store and offered 10% off my next purchase which I will definitely be using :) No complaints here!

I ordered from Urban Girl to get some cute Kate Spade accessories for my desk at work. I was so pleased that I got my order in such a short amount of time! But it wasn't really the stuff in the box that made my day, I may have a slight addiction to Kate Spade, but the fact that they went out of their way to write me a hand written thank you note spoke volumes. I will continue to shop from them because you just don't see hand written thank you's anymore. I try to always write letters to people as well as thank you notes, so it meant the world to me to finally receive one!

I needed a few things to arrive quickly and did not want to pay extra. I was told that if I kept a $3 item in my order the order would arrive one day later - lol. Anyway, I removed that and kept my three fabulous Kate Spade gold and acrylic office pieces and sure enough everything arrived very quickly! I also had a follow up email from the Hannah Diamond, best person ever, who took my order. I then panicked because UPS tracking said the order had not been picked up that day. I got back in touch with Hannah again at UrbanGirl and was assured that she only emailed me the first time when she knew it had already gone out and my package would arrive in time no problem - which it did! Love UrbanGirl - love Hannah Diamond.
