Fast service nice folks

I am so impressed with UrbanGirl Office Supply. I ordered some products and 2 were on backorder. I called to get an ETA and Hannah was so kind and provided all the information I was seeking. In addition she proceeded to mail me the items that were in stock and emailed me later the same day to confirm the backordered items and to contact her with any additional questions. A few days later I received another email from Hannah notifying me my backordered items had shipped. In today's business world you forget how important customer service is and UrbanGirl made me feel appreciated for shopping their website. I would order from them again in a heartbeat!

Unfortunately what I ordered came damaged - that being said, it was clear that it was not the fault of Urban Girl packaging, in fact their packaging might have helped keep it together. So much bubble wrap! When i did reach out for a return, they were fast, and kind about it. I will definitely shop here again, their selection is so cute, and prices are great. My stuff also shipped very fast and arrived at my door only a few days later! Love!

I bought the Kate Spade an acrylic stapler as a gift for a friend. It's cheaper than the Kate Spade website, and it delivered in no time!

Just ordered my FAB Kate Spade desk accessories from Urban Girl. Love the site and love the product offerings.

Fast shipment, excellent customer service and loved that they included staples with my stapler. Will definitely order from them, again.

My working lawyer friend has everything, it was nice to find something different and pretty and good quality for her to use to brighten up her busy hours. The purchase was easy, and delivery was prompt, and the little note that came with it was so remarkable I took it to lunch to show my girlfriends.

Everything I ordered arrived in a timelt manner and even had a nice message in the box. Prices well!
