UrbanGirl Office SupplyReviews of urbangirl.com

stumbled upon this store in a google search. I ordered 3 items for my desk, and they are super cute and fun and color coordinated. The others in my office have desk envy for sure!! Quick shipping too. Thanks

My first order with UrbanGirl went smoothly. My items shipped right away, and arrived well-packaged in a box with plenty of bubble wrap. Even the shipping was swift - and I ordered during the holiday season when I expect delays. I will be buying more items from them in the future!

I was pleased to Find urban girl and even more pleased to receive my pretty legal pads. I was so impressed with the hand written thank you note that I photographed it and shared it on Facebook. The only thing was, I wish there had been some package deal with the pads so I could have ordered 3/5/10 at a reduced cost. Otherwise I'm very satisfied. Will shop again. Will recommend!

stylish, pretty , modern and can't find everywhere. Love the inventory

I received my order in a timely manner, and it included a warm handwritten letter from the owner of Urban Girl. I will be ordering from her again.

I ordered at the beginning of December. Most retailers guarantee delivery by Christmas if you order that early. As of December 30, I still have not received my order. I did receive an email on Dec 23 stating that it had been shipped, which included a tracking number, but did not name the shipping/freight company so I am still in the dark. Update Feb 18: I wanted to add an update as I have just received the order I placed at the beginning of December. While it did take an extremely long time to get my order, which clearly was caused by multiple problems with the manufacturer's freight carrier, I have to say that Allen from Urban Girl was fantastic at listening to our concerns and getting the issue resolved. He was genuinely concerned with our satisfaction and worked diligently, even escalating the shipping issues to the top levels at the manufacturer which ultimately got it resolved for us. I have updated my rating to 5 stars due to the excellent follow through to resolve issues that were not Urban Girl's fault, but which affected one of their customers.

I would recommend UrbanGirl to anyone who loves adorable office supplies that are shipped very fast! I ordered and had them at my house within 4 days! I will definitely be coming back for more precious notebooks. Thanks!

My order was shipped within an hour of ordering and delivered 2 days later.
