I was given a link to this website by my granddaughter for a jacket she wants for Christmas. Alex called within the day to explain that this jacket would be made in Turkey and to check measurements for proper sizing. As I was the "woman in the middle," I had to reach out to my granddaughter. Alex called again to reassure me of the quality of the jacket but that, because it was so close to Christmas, manufacturing the jacket would cause it to be late. Somehow, Alex, pulled a rabbit out of a hat and found a retailer who would manage to get the jacket made before Christmas! The jacket has shipped and may still arrive a little late, but expected much sooner now!!! Extremely happy with UFS product & service. After placing an order online of two jackets different styles. I got a call from UFS representative Alex asking me to send my actual measurements along with how I intend to use both jackets. I said one jacket I would like to put on a t-shirt and be able to wear it at an indoor event and second jacket to wear it on a dress clothes. He took my actual body measurements and tailored them both perfectly for their intended use. Shipping took little longer than expected but overall it was worth the wait.
