I love my leather coat! The leather is very very soft and the craftsmanship is great. This coat is of same quality with my other leather coat I bought 20 years ago at Nordstrom.

Purchased a women's jacket. Received an email from Alex from customer service with instructions on specific measurements so they can custom fit the jacket for my wife. Alex went out of his way to verify proper measurements and offered, for a small price to upgrade the faux fur collar to real mink. This jacket is beautiful! And fits perfectly!
