First of all, the quality of the products on this site are all very high! I’ve been super impressed and satisfied with all my purchases. The only time I had an issue was when I accidentally bought a dermal that wasn’t the correct size. I told them about it and they credited it back to my account so I could purchase the correct size! They are very helpful and attentive! Very quick to respond and help find a solution to keep their customers happy. I won’t buy my jewelry from anyone else!
