Every piece i have purchased from this site has been stellar.

Every purchase has been as described/ pictured and the one time I've ever had an issue they fixed it immediately. I'm a return customer for 4 or 5 years now. I highly recommend their semi precious plugs &tunnels, horn&bone hangers plugs& tunnels, wooden spirals hangers&plugs, and silicone plugs &tunnels(the silicone tunnels especially are great for me for at work and when highly active/running/sports/etc because they don't hurt me if they get bumped or even smashed into my neck like any other materials would. They are awesome if you have a dangerous job like I do). They have the most beautiful hangers and spirals, and they're my favorite place for buying them because they ALWAYS have something I love, and usually so many things that i have a hard time deciding what pairs to get, which is not common for most shops offering body jewelry. They've always sent products as pictured and/or described and the one time there was ever an issue with a pair of spirals, they immediately refunded via gift card/code to replace them and promptly shipped the replacement pair. Customer service is top, the products are great, and I'll keep coming back because of it.

I love the single flare colorfront glass plugs. I have really sensitive ears and I was worried that the colored o-rings would mess with them but they didn't. They stay on really well, especially if you keep the previous size ones on. The only complaint I have is the indent where the shaft of the earing meets the front builds up gunk easily but I don't really clean them as often as I should so I'm guessing it's a user error. 10/10 overall.

Urban body has a great selection of jewelry specifically what got my attention was their 14kt gold pieces. I only wear gold so for me this is my new goto 🤘 🤘

Really nice, high quality products. Each time I’ve ordered I have received exactly what was expected. Packaging is very neat and clean and jewelry comes individually wrapped and sealed. I did order the wrong size but since the jewelry is so nice I will be keeping them and ordering more in the correct size.
