Got the full glass stretching kit (16g-00g) for my mother and I to do together and it's been a wonderful experience. Each pair came in separate, well labeled, bags that offered ease in the process. Not 5 stars only because 2 of the gauges broke between and the black part separated from the clear part, as well as the rings occasionally sliding off though this may be user error.

I’d rate my experience a four out of five. The sales team was very easy to contact and extremely reliable. They got back to me quickly when I was confused about my purchase and helped me understand what needed to be fixed. The jewelry I bought is absolutely beautiful. The only issue was that I ordered the wrong backing, which was completely my own mistake from not being fully informed. Overall, I really appreciate how fast and helpful the team was, and I would definitely order again.
