I have been waiting for over a week now for a simple design. I have had a few samples, but they do not listen to my requests. We are getting farther away with each revision ( that takes 1-2 days). I supplied my own artwork and just needed my company name in a font design. I cannot believe these guys are "award-winning" like they advertise. I wish I had my time and money back. As it is, I need to find someone else to finish this for me.

When I went looking for a logo, I was not sure what I wanted it to look like. I knew what I wanted it to communicate - a yoga studio that was accessible and welcoming to people of every walk of life, of every state of health, and every body type. I wanted it to say - you are welcome here. I also wanted it to reflect the teaching lineage that I come from and to honor that. Just a couple of minor things that I wanted it to reflect. :-). In response to my ask, Uptown logo designers came back with two designs. Both blew me away. I chose logo number 1 and while it took me some time to figure out a few details of color and size of text, the Uptown logo team were there with me all the way supporting my indecision with patience and professionalism. I highly recommend Uptown logo design.

The turn around time was ridiculous. Any change, no matter how minor, took 24 hours to complete and no less. So, if you have a handful of changes or don't like what they did, you are looking at 24 hours for each change you submit. It took 9 days to finally get the logo and I still don't have a favicon. I had to submit for a change on it and I don't expect to see it for ANOTHER 24 hours. Ridiculous.

Uptown Logo design is a great service. They helped me 24/7 in the chat and helped me even after my accepted final revision, for free! My recommendations if you are looking for a cheap but creative logo.

The most rewarding thing while working with them was they made the process very easy and efficient, exactly as I was looking for. Their designers are truly gifted and brought their own ideas to the table. The work was beyond my expectations and proved to be a major asset for my company. The team was eager to please me and worked whole heartedly till I wasn’t satisfied with the whole idea. I will without any doubt recommend Uptown. Looking forward to work with them in future.

Had the honor of working with these amazing people at Uptown Logo Design. The whole team is creative, quick and fun to work with! I receive compliments every day from my clients! The best part is that now I can edit and post the blogs on the website on my own whenever I need to. This great tool is a lot of help for my business. Thank you Uptown Logo Design for the amazing work you have done.

The easiest, most responsive and helpful team I have ever worked with! They designed the most appealing, easy to use website which showcases our product in the right way. The time we approached them they patiently listened to all our concerns and worked with us patiently. They understood the goals we want to deliver to design our site the way we wanted it to be. I would recommend Uptown Logo.
