Love My New Logo! Received excellent service, with immediate response times. They followed all direction and came back with a logo I am very happy with. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Placed an order with Uptown Logo at the beginning of December 2018, repeatedly requested order status updates. They finally replied with a script mid January 2019 that was not even close to the brief I supplied. Requested a refund promptly afterwards was told 7 to 9 business days. It has now been 15 days without a refund and they refuse to answer my calls, online chats, or emails.

I recently updated my website, Andy who’s one of the designers did all the hard work. Andy collaborated with me to come up with a website that enhances my construction business image I love that I can make changes to the website on my own through the CMS, but if I need larger changes, designers are one click away to help. The website is visually engaging and professional. By using my suggestions and some of their own ideas, Uptown Logo design was able to deliver the work on time and at quite affordable rates. They also created a mobile friendly format for cell phones, etc., which is advantageous in this mobile friendly world. The responsive website made it possible for consumers to stay in touch while on the go, as the website was tablet and mobile friendly. Of course I had to ask them at the initial phase that this was a requirement of my business so they proceeded accordingly with the design. Really appreciate all the help & excellent service by the team at uptown logo design.

I hired Uptown Logo Design to do a logo. My credit card was charged for more than the amount that I agreed to pay. I sent files, colors and specifications making the logo easy to create. I never heard back. After three days of not getting any email, text, chat or phone call returns I hired another company. Now I have to spend time getting my money back. Don't hire Uptown Logo Design. SCAM!

I called in and placed an order to have my logo (that I purchased eariler from Uptown logo design) ecthed on to my Facebook page. Several weeks later I noticed that it still wasn't done. I called in and they confirmed that they had in fact NOT DONE IT! I requested a refund and said I would go else where! I was told that I would receive a full refund for the work that was not completed within 7 to 10 days. Well, after numerous phone calls to check on this so called refund, and several different Uptown representatives telling me that the credit was processed back on Nov. 15th, my credit card company even up to today still has NOT received this credit!!!!! I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OF BY UPTOWN LOGO DESIGN FOR $59.00! BUYER/CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

I found Uptown Logo through Google. Honestly, I didn't read any reviews prior to deciding to work with them. I'm a sole proprietor and wear numerous hats and am SUPER BUSY, so I didn't want to fiddle around with designing my own logo. I trusted my gut after chatting with the team. They took my random ideas and put them into concepts I could tweak. One of the ways I like to differentiate myself with my customers is to make them not just satisfied, but delighted. Uptown Logo did that for me. My logo makes me smile and delighted because it represents the uniqueness and excellence I want my customers to identify with me.

Wasted my money and can’t use the logo because it was design from stock photos. This is illegal to trademark. They can’t even use stock photos from shutters and make it look professional. For those that are happy with their logos they probably not thinking of branding or to trademark their logos. In that case it’s fine. I had to used another company called The Logo Company and I am extremely happy. It was a quick turn over. You will have 5 design to choose from in three short days any revision 2 days. They give you unlimited revision. My whole process took 7 days total. They will include all the files you will need to make custom prints, and a letter to give you the rights to the logo design to trademark. I got nothing from uptown logo ( which was claim on their website). These people claim that they have thousands of reviews but I only see 35. The Logo Company have thousands of reviews on trust pilot. And check out the reviews on Facebook. Uptown have no reviews on Facebook. That should be a red flag. Uptown Logo need to be upfront and honest with their customers.

I honestly did not read any of the reviews before I purchased the $199.00 logo design package. I was very specific with what I wanted, only two colors and they did exactly as I instructed. I am in love with my logo. I also asked about changing the color for a promotion and they threw that in for free. I highly recommend Uptown Logo for your small business needs. Will we probably go through a re-branding at some point? Absolutely, and I will definitely use them again.
