We have had their service for many years, basicallly since they strarted. It was very helpfull when it came to monitoring our server for outages. However you need to be aware that they will add subscriptions which will drive up your cost. In our case our monthy charge went from $20.00 (for the basics with 6 probes) to $81.00 based on the number of probes they were doing. We did not need all the extras and did not appreciate the automatic opt-in. If you do sign-up make sure you monitor your monthy billing. And additional charges if you pay annually. Their surprise billing is the reason for the 2 stars.
