UPSW Auto PartsReviews of upsw.com

Just in time excelent.!!

Update:Return policy is horrible they make this process as hard as possible so you give up and forget to Get your money back, steer far from this company this has been ongoing 3 weeks now where they just close your case before sending a return label and still no refunds a week after they received the parts back( No customer service won’t get back to me sent me wrong parts !!!!)

Shipment damaged in transit and now just keeps getting pushed back days over and over

had a good delivery time with the part that I ordered and the main thing is that it was the right part . thanks for your service.

Parts fit - missing hardware, however this is the deal, parts came timely, parts fit accordingly, however, the advertisement stated parts "included" gaskets for the exhaust parts which were ordered, tho they "were not" in the packaged goods. Since then, Customer service contacted me about missing parts and have agreed to send me a refund for my "out of pocket" expenses. That's super nice ...

fast response easy to install parts

my parts were installed a week ago. already oxidizing behind on the muffler

Great delivery, arrived day after order, exhaust fitted perfectly, really good product, well made from heavy duty materials, came with gasket and clamp included in price. Will most definitely be back when we need parts for our Audi and VW ,Thanks for great service.
