Mary answered by question quickly.

Mary was very helpful and knowledgeable

It's great to have a real person to support you through the process. Kasie was extremely friendly and helpful as I tried to determine the best orthotics for my needs.

Mary was very patient and helpful She was able to complete my order in a timely manner

Mary was quick to answer and very helpful, still deciding on the orthotics.

i reached out because i was having pain with my new orthodics and Kasie Earley was so understating and help full. she is going to get me replacements asap which was supper awesome. no run around like other customer supports i have spoke with, super easy here this is how it should always be. thank you again Kasie

Upstep is a company that I would highly recommend doing business with. Unfortunately the orthotics that were made for me did not work out and they held up to their promise of a full refund. Risk free opportunity to try.

Mary was super fast and efficient. She got me what I needed in like a minute.
