The Customer service is outstanding, they listen, they assist, they guide you throughout the process, and even go the extra mile to assist their customer during and after the sale. I do not feel it is just; "Buy our product, thank you for the money, then good-bye." My comfort and my health appear to be important to them. I know how important the alignment of the body is to my health, and I will continue to tell others that it is important and Upstep Custom Orthotics is the way to go. I have tried other partial insert products from the stand at the pharmacy to the store front location of an elaborate program with several layers to insert, and neither of them have reached the comfort and pain relief level my custom-made orthotics from Upstep have reached. These orthotics are functional and cost effective. Thank you for making my Feet feel Good.
