Great product....
I have purchased this before and they work very well. They lasted a long time as well. The price is a bit high

Delayed Shipment
You say product was shipped 11/12. Actually it was 12/11 according to tracking. Otherwise customer service was fine. My only complaint is that production took a long time. My order was placed on 10/4 and delivery is scheduled for today 12/14. Thus I have yet to actually try my orthotics.

Shahar was very informative
Shahar was very informative. As I have very detailed questions (I've worn custom orthotics before & am very knowledgeable about the subject) regarding specific requirements I need fulfilled, Shahar provided me with their contact info & also offered to relay the questions internally. I've learned the production center for their orthotics is in Israel which is where they'll ship from. I have not ordered so I my review is only for my Chat experience.
