Worth the wait
Ordered on 11/28, impression kit received back on 12/9 and currently slated to maybe receive on 2/17 which will likely get pushed back again. I was recommended to Good Feet store but thought I’d give this a try. Thus far I’m a disappointed in the experience and wondering if I made the wrong choice. I hope these are worth the wait and pain. Update: I received my orthotics shortly after posting this and have had them almost a month. I’m definitely noticing a difference in my feet after wearing these. When I don’t wear them I can feel it. I’ve ordered a second pair so I do not have to flip them out between work shoes and home shoes. They were worth it.

Website was very slow,
Website was very slow,, uploading pics was cumbersome,, even with a good internet connection

Customer service seems genuinely caring…
Customer service seems genuinely caring but it seems the Company as a whole need to evaluate making promises they can’t keep especially during busy times of the year. Currently I would not trust ordering anything from them.

Still not arrived!
Hard to say what i like as i haven’t received them yet! Ordered in November. So i don’t like the very slow order fulfillment! It’s now mid January!

So far it is OK
So far it is OK. I was pleased with the quick sending of the foam forms. I sent them back a day later. I am still waiting to see about the actual orthotics

Very confortable if you have Rip van Winkle time to wait
The turnaround time is long. Today is Jan 7th. I ordered 3 pairs on Nov 20th. They already had the imprint of my foot. I expected delivery in 3-4 weeks, not more than the 7 and counting that I have been waiting.(49 days since order). Maybe they are having trouble finding people to work, like a lot of other businesses. On the positive side, if you have the time to wait, they are great. My feet are comfortable all day and the bottoms if my shoes now wear evenly.

Our turnaround time during the Christmas season is higher than usual. Typical of most retailers. The great news is, we will have your impression kit on file for five years, making reordering so much faster!! Thank you for your review!
