The chat was easy, extremely helpful and not a bot. I apprecitated that.

Ryan was very helpful. But lost in the middle of chat's with 2 other people. One was Mary. Don't remember the other. It might be a problem with the system. Mary asked for a photo of a shoe. It took me 30 sec and when I clicked back to the chat, she was gone and it took me to another page. The second person I chatted with lost connection with me and I got a notice saying "reconnecting". But it never reconnected. Problem was not on my end. Ryan was fast though.

Help was offered before I had a chance to ask. The help was quick and helpful.
