Ryan was awesome and helped me solve my issue fast!

First of all you don't have to go through a bot. Secondly, Ryan was nice, friendly and helpful. Upstep insoles have really help me with my bone spur (osteophyte) and knee pain. Plantar fascitis is gone. You may feel uncomfortable at first but that's because it helps with the shape of your feet. You'll get use to the insoles and your pain will be gone! 100% recommended!!!

I bought two pairs of custom orthotics. No pain in my right feet after start using this Orthotics. The left got improved. But not 100%. Ryan was able to understand my concern and gave me proper response. Upstep will be making some adjustments to my left orthotics. Looking forward to get the adjusted ones.
