Multiple months just to ship
When you order is says 28 business days, they received my impression kit on the 11th of January after ordering on January 4th. It's February 7th and they say estimated delivery delivery is march 7th. How is that 28 business days? I check the order status every day and the ship date gets pushed back a day. I'm sure tomorrow the delivery date will be march 8th! What a scam.

Be prepared to wait.
Hopefully these orthotics will be good but I can't tell you yet. I ordered these about a month and a half ago. They've had my impression kit for a full month now. I was notified they're going to start making them soon and my estimated date to receive them is about another month from now. Maybe they could lay out a clearer expected timeline, I was not anticipating a 2+ month process. Personally if I'd have known this I'd probably just have paid more to have something made sooner. We'll see maybe these will work miracles and be worth the money and time but at this point I am very skeptical. And they asked for this review before they delivered me anything so this is what they get.

Tracking my order
Have no way of tracking my order it been 30 days but I must admit it took me a week to return my foot impression but I still can’t track ot

Agent did not read my response and did not look for current order. She only looked at prior order that was received 4 months ago. Current Oder was made 12/12

Tried to add a second set of inserts…
Tried to add a second set of inserts when re-ordering and you made me fill out a new order form including a photo when you already had all that information from my first order.

Hello- we apologize if there was a problem with the website or if you are not satisfied with our ordering system. We can never assume the orthotics are for the same person and we certainly can't assume there weren't any changes since you last ordered. It is important we learn more about you each time you order from us. Often, there is a new injury, weight loss, weight gain, or a new diagnosis.
