Customer Service responds very quickly and the guarantee that your orthotics will fit and feel perfect is very good. I recently purchased orthotics but developed pain a few weeks later and was able to have them redone. Now everything fits and feels perfect. Thanks UPSTEP!!

What made my experience great was the kindness and gentleness when they turned me down for being a candidate for the insert. I was sad because I needed the inserts for my feet, but they made me feel like their decision to turn me down was for my safety.
