Upstep has been very helpful in helping me order well fitting orthotics. I have had several foot surgeries and have a fusion so I wasn't sure they would agree to make my orthotics, but, from the beginning, they were extremely helpful. The real positive is that the orthotics were a much better price at Upstep verses my podiatrist.PS: I have not received any incentive for this review, just great service.

I had questions about using the orthotics that my customer service rep, Ryan, answered promptly and satisfactorily by email. His answers were complete and very useful. You don't always get that level of customer service from many companies. I've been using Upstep Orthotics for years, with great satisfaction. They offer sales promotions on occasion and I take advantage of those to save a lot off the price I'd have to pay for the product if I bought it through a podiatrist.

Kasie was an excellent Chat service representative and allowed me to give my permission of our discussion of my foot issues to be shared with the medical team before committing to stating if custom orthotics could be made for me. I appreciate the serious attention to my unique needs that Kasie provided during our Chat. I also appreciate that in the beginning I was told she was not a Bot.
