The response was helpful but I was honestly expecting a call, not just an email, to discuss why the insoles are not working for me.
Response from Upstep Custom OrthoticsFeb 12, 2024
Hello, we use email as it is typically a more efficient line of communication for our customers. We would be more than happy to discuss this over the phone if that is preferred for you. Please reach us at 1-800-945-4770. Thank you!

There needs to be option to just reorder orthotics from your company rather than going through the process that new customers go through

The insoles I received are helping. Not sure I would need them if I wasn’t still working on concrete after 25+ years. But it’s a bit late to change careers. I give them four stars I because they didn’t arrive till early January. There really should have been an estimated delivery date to keep me from questioning if I had been defrauded over social media. In summary, they’re helping well enough I am pleased I bought two pair.
Response from Upstep Custom OrthoticsJan 25, 2024
Thank you for your honest review. We're glad to hear that the insoles are providing you relief, especially given your extensive experience working on concrete. We understand the importance of comfortable and supportive footwear in such conditions. We apologize for the delay in delivery and any inconvenience it may have caused. Your feedback about providing an estimated delivery date is extremely valuable, and we will work to improve our communication in this area to ensure a better experience for our customers. We're pleased to know that you found the insoles effective enough to purchase two pairs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your trust in our product. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to continue to serve you in the future

Website is very easy to navigate & place an order. Very thorough questioning of my issues to better the process. Waiting on the foot impression box now.
Response from Upstep Custom OrthoticsJan 22, 2024
It's wonderful to hear that you found the website easy to navigate and the ordering process straightforward. The thorough questioning you experienced is a great sign that they are committed to understanding your specific needs, which is especially important for something as personalized as a foot impression. Your anticipation for the arrival of the foot impression box is understandable. If you have any questions or need assistance while you wait, or after it arrives, feel free to reach out. Wishing you a smooth and successful continuation of the process!
