Extremely responsive and customer oriented. It took some back and forth and more than one set of inserts but they stuck with me and got it right. Beyond expectations satisfied. And no extra charge for that.

I got my orthotics and have started using them. I had not yet received my exercise plan and was on the website looking at the exercises. Ryan popped into chat and offered to help. He got me my exercise plan quickly and easily. I honestly have had better service all the way around than I have had in the past going to the local prosthetics place near me.
Response from Upstep Custom OrthoticsApr 24, 2025
That's fantastic to hear! We're so glad Ryan was able to quickly provide you with your exercise plan and that you've had a positive experience with our service overall. We aim to provide excellent support every step of the way.
