Mary, Answered my questions right away!

This company is amazing… I received a defective pair of orthotics and instead of having me return and fix issue, they replaced the orthotics - new pair!! I recommend Upstart to anyone who is need of a quality orthotic and prefers ordering from a responsive customer service entity. Highly recommend.

I would very much recommend this company. They took an interest in my individual needs to make an insert that would bring comfort to my feet. I was very impressed with the several emails they sent trying to understand my specific needs. Definitely worth the money.
