Upstep Is Stealing Your Money
On September 28, 2022 I purchased two pairs of custom orthotics for $258.00.
I have not received the product that I purchased.
Upstep has ignored my two voicemails by not returning my calls as promised in their phone recording prior to being able to leave a voicemail.
Unless they deliver the product that I purchased within 7 days of this filing, they have stolen my money.
I will be filing complaints about this matter with the FTC and attorney General of New York.

Not the way Doctors do it. When I asked on chat why podiatrists -- I went to 3 and they all says Standing is NOT the proper way to mold orthotics. How can it be that yours are good? I was asking b/c there is a huge cost difference. The answer in chat : Have a nice day. And check this out..... 9500 5 star reviews on THEIR website.... but go to Amazon and here to see the TRUTH. They take more than 2 months to deliver and they make them way too big to even fit in your shoes, I am requesting a refund and they are telling that I have to cut them to use them, they ask for photos of your shoes, size, and make you describe your condition, type of shoe so they can completely ignore all the information you give and make over size insoles.
Terrible experience, I have wasted so much time with this company. Stay away from them!

Hi there. Our turnaround time is 18 business days. However, around the holiday season, Upstep encounters delays like all other retail stores. Our delays are not long but do keep in mind our orthotics are not off the shelf. They are 100% custom. Given that, we do not feel that is a long wait time for something custom done from the comfort of your home. In addition, we offer a 180-day warranty period of half a year to wear your orthotics, get used to them, break them in and have ample time to feel the long-term benefits of our orthotics. Commonly, orthotics do sometimes need trimming. Many articles out there share how to trim orthotics. We understand your disappointment, but trimming the orthotics does not ruin their integrity, and it will not void the warranty.
Once again, if you would like to trim the orthotics, it is safe to do so.
