The product is excellent. Quality is apparent. I have a set of inserts made by my podiatrist which cost around $450. Upstarts are every bit is good. I made a few mistakes ordering and created some confusion for myself. The customer service team was beyond helpful. They went way out of their way to make sure that everything was right and I was satisfied. I am not one to give praise lightly. But this customer service team was among the best I've dealt with. Very, very satisfied. Everything about the company appears first rate.

My FSA holder needed an itemized receipt in order to process the payment on my flex spending card. It was Friday afternoon, so I did not expect to get a reply before the weekend, but alas, within 30 minutes of me submitting my request, Daisy replied back with my itemized receipt. After submitting my foot imprints and filling out the form with the types of shoes i'll wear, Upstep Customer service reached out requesting more info and asking a quite a few questions. I had to send them a photo of the current insoles in the shoes and I gave them the website of the shoes so they could see exactly and go directly to them with questions. End result if my Upstep insoles fit perfectly and have straightened out my knee which has been causing me some pain due to incorrect foot alignment.
