Your c/s is almost nonexistent!
Your c/s is almost nonexistent except when they delay an order and take forever to process an order (from a prior mold!). I have been waiting and waiting and this is my last order. I'll pay more to talk to someone on my next pair and it will be a competent company. Please rush the damn inserts already, I paid for them,ship them!

SO MANY BETTER ORTHOTICS COMPANIES
Worst customer service I’ve experienced in the last 10 years. Rude and knowledgeable. Never ever ever ever again. Stay away. There are many better options.

Hello- we take our customer's feedback very seriously, so we did a name and email search to learn what may have happened with your experience at Upstep. Thank you for your order placed on 12/6. We can see you received your impression kit on 12/10. We have not received your impression kit back, and the label we provided has not been used. Please return the kit as soon as possible so we can begin to craft your new orthotics. We do not have an email from you or a call that would help us understand this 1 star review. We would like to discuss this further. Our customer care manager will be in touch with you soon.

starting to think they are a scam
I sent my impressions back to Upstep over 6 weeks ago. No updates until I get an email that there are delays and I can track my order status. So I click the link and enter my order number. But nothing. I’m starting to think that this is scam.

Having your impression kit just 16 days and your order being in the final stages of production, we would have loved to complete your orthotics for you. Your order would have shipped within the 18 business days we offered on the website at the time of order. We wish you the best of luck.

no answer when I called no place to say…
no answer when I called no place to say I want walking not cycle orthotics or place to cancel plus did not want to have to up load pics

Hello- While our call center may be high volume at the moment due to holiday demand. We offer all of our customers live website assistance when our call center is busy. Terrible
Terrible! It’s been over 60 days I have not received my orthotics. They said high volume, blah blah blah…. If that’s the case they need to tell the customers before ordering! I ordered way before the Holiday season began. Will not recommend!

I never received my Upstep Custom…
I never received my Upstep Custom Orthotics foot molds. Bought them for a trip to Japan but did not receive them in time (5days from ordering) and when I returned they still have not shown up. Have a ring camera at doorbell, never sent. Paid about $140/150 USD

Delay not explained
Questions not answered. Explanations not given. It’s now been over 2 months. Why can’t I get clear correspondence on this??? Just telling me they’re late is NOT satisfactory.

Don’t order from these people unless you’re willing to wait a long time
I ordered orthotics from Upstep the first week of November it is now the second week of December and they told me it’ll be another three weeks a total of seven weeks produce orthotics. I’ve ordered orthotics before from other companies and it’s only taken three weeks. Apparently they have no materials to make their product with per their customer service. I would not order orthotics from these people ever unless you’re willing to wait a long time.
