you keep changing the price, a few weeks earlier it was $10 cheaper. Then you wnated me to buy more items, and take a picture of my shoes ,really.

I have not received my orthotics, and I have twice requested a refund. Tried to contact Upstep via telephone-was on hold for 5 minutes, then was compelled to leave a voice message before they canceled the call. Wow. Thinking this company is a Scam. My wife ordered back in Mid October 2022, Company promised expedited delivery, here we are at the end of the year, and still no product. Today they gave me their same old song and dance that the order is being expedited and will be here next week. They were quick to charge my card instead of waiting for shipment.

I just ordered the kit 60 seconds ago. Why are you asking me about how you did????? I haven’t even get them yet to give an opinion. I hope this negative review helps your marketing team learn when to send survey emails. Because they suck if they think this useless and poorly timed survey is a productive use of their budget.

Terrible communication! One delay after another. You just keep getting put off or pushed back with excuses. I had to initiate correspondence to to find out where my order was. Not the way to do business!

Having challenges with this company. It wasn’t worth it. I never received my insoles. They confused shipping address with billing address. The mold kit came to me with no issue. The insoles were sent to the billing address. They claim I never alerted them and it is my fault. Not sure how that explains how I receive the kit initially. Two thumbs down. This leads me to believe that their system is manual entry at each step. That is the only explanation. So, when they finally finished the insoles. That were wildly late by the way. By three months. The person who sent out the insoles to me did not pay attention to detail and shipped it to the billing address. Now, that is my fault for some reason. In the mean time, I am in pain. I am trying anything I can to fix it. This has taken too much time. We are at three months now. I would like a refund but they don’t see it that way. I just want to find a company that will be more interested in helping me than just stealing my money.

Just want a return label

I should not even give one star. I have been waiting over 2 months now and no word on when they are coming, so I am cancelling my order. They do not seem to care that people with bad foot pain cannot wait this amount of time. I found other solutions and cheaper.
