Exceptional experiance
I usually don’t write reviews but I must say the ordering and follow up has been exceptional. They respond quickly to all inquiries and bend over backwards to accommodate your request. I’m sure the insoles will be just as good.

The process was easy to follow-great results!
The process was easy to follow, and they were very thorough in making sure that my pair of orthotics would be perfect for my unique feet. I have extremely flat feet, and each one is slightly different. They made a perfect pair. I've tried several orthotics through several podiatrists and Upstep really took the extra steps to make them right for me. Mary is an extraordinary customer service representative who responded with patience and thoroughness to all of my questions-and believe me, I had many.

Mary did an excellent job talking me…
Mary did an excellent job talking me off the ledge and almost cancelling my order High-grade customer service made me give them the benefit of any doubt. If they employ and support a CSR like her, then they have to have something going on.

Custom is the way to go!
The orthotics feel amazing and fit my foot perfectly. As soon I put them into my workout shoes and started walking around it felt right. I wear a larger shoe and need space to minimize discomfort so I was concerned that the orthotics would be too bulky or wouldn’t fit shoes or feet correctly. They are perfect! Thank you

My left knee and tight hip pain os gone.
They know how to do foot impressions. It made all the difference in my hip and knee. Daisy was very sweet and patient with me. She had all the answers for my questions. They did what was needed for me. Thank you Upstep team. Wulliam Martin
