Mary was responsive, friendly and accommodating. She pushed slightly on her end to avoid a refund, which is understandable, but ultimately processed my request.

I am right in the middle of trying to get the correct orthotics for 2 pairs of shoes that I wear on a regular basis. So, I have to say that I am not the biggest fan of how Upstep communicates with the customer. (absolutely no phone support, poor confirmation standards when placing the order online). The methods and processes need improvement. As far a today's experience, and my experience overall with Mary, she has been very professional throughout the ordeal and I appreciate that, as it might be very easy for her to not be professional under these circumstances. For that I am thankful. Still hoping this all turns out, but the jury is still out on the entire experience.

Good website user interface but applying discounts was a little confusing. Overall, good customer service and I felt they customized their services to better fit my feet needs. Thank you.

Very simple, easy to follow process. If you are placing an order, understand that photos and additional information are requested AFTER you enter credit card information and confirm. It's very easy to leave the website or close the page thinking you have completed everything.

CSR was helpful, solicitous and prompt.

I just ordered my experience is limited So far.

Easy to use& feel fairly comfortable, however, time will be the best judge.
