Should probably wait to ask for a review when you have no idea when the product is arriving
Received an email to review a product one week after ordering…. 8+ weeks later I still don’t have a product to review. Tracking says a few more weeks. Seems every time I check the date continues to slip. Really wish there was more transparency regarding how long things take or could take. While waiting I’ve had time to look at reviews. If you look only at the website you’d think it was a great company. However, this and other third party sites paint a different picture. Make me assume there is some picking and choosing going on at upstep.com in regards to reviews. I can’t imagine for how much they charge it’s going to be significantly better than an off the shelf option, but since I have to wait 3-4 months for the product to arrive all I can do is assume. Feels like a kickstarter and not a real company. Additional info after company comment: why? Why ask for a review of the initial stage (which was fast I admit)? It feels like an attempt to flood trust pilot with positive reviews. It’s should be a product review, or a complete experience review. It’s like if I viewed yelp for a restaurant review and had to scroll through thousands of “parking lot was great, found a spot quickly. 5 stars. Can’t wait to walk in the building”

Hello- we would never ask you to review a product you do not have. What we ask for initially is feedback regarding the customer service you received, afterall, that is where it all begins.
