I ordered these on November 30 and…
I ordered these on November 30 and still do not have them. On 2/20/23. There is no excuse for this much delay. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Be prepared to wait for several months
Ordered Nov 26th. It is now Feb 17th. Still waiting. Maybe they will be nice if I ever get them. Starting to wonder if this is a scam or a real company. Update. The response i got from them after my review was that they have a 24 business day turn around. Maybe my math is wrong but I'm pretty sure there are at least 65 business days between Nov 26th and March 2nd. Must be new math.

Was promised a 15 day turnaround... I ordered my kit on November 16, 2022. As of today, February 16, 2023. I still have not received my insoles.

I ordered two pairs and then was…
I ordered two pairs and then was offered a discount to order an extra pair. I asked to cancel the third pair and all I got was an email explaining that these are already deeply discounted and how they're a great product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I agree with all the negative reviews. This is a scam. I ordered in November and have yet to receive. Only after calling do they send you an email that they will send within 9 days. Have left multiple messages with zero call backs. They spam you with other emails but don’t give updates unless you call to ask. Have requested a refund but no one answers phone or calls you back. Will have to go through the Bank now to report them. Read some other reviews and the chat option on the website was helpful. Refund was issued. Wish the customer service was better because I really would have rather gotten the orthotics then the refund.
