**willing to provide full convo short of personal info. Everything mentioned below has been my experience. As of 3/11/23, I’ve yet to receive my orthotics. ** Slow response time and we were never talking about my order. I was provided someone else’s information including their full name and address. Not to mention that I still don’t ow what’s up with my order that’s taken way too long.

Purchased back in November of 2022 and the impression kit was returned in mid-December. The ETA keeps moving every month. Disappointing considering the amount you pay and the fact that they guarantee "the best custom orthotics available and do so at the most affordable price, in the fastest time". If it's going to take this long at least be upfront about it so I can get a product elsewhere.

I will never waste my money on this company again. Ist, it took 2 months to get my order. Next I had cut outs underneath. They said it was for my bunion, however with no cushion, my bunion was even more painful wearing these. When I emailed customer service, they argued with me. Then I received another email apologizing and that they would send me a new pair. Another month later I received a generic pair. NOT a mold of my own feet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!! If you’ve had a good experience, then you are a lucky one! In response to your reply, I have seen a doctor. No real doctors make cutouts so your foot has no cushion. I believe your company will be out of business before long. Way too many people complaining on your Facebook page as well. If you cared to make things right, you would have, but you did not!!

Paid for the product and never received it, if there was a zero I would give the company that grade.

I’m beginning to mistrust this company. I sent in my imprints and never heard from tthem again. Where the heck are my orthotics????

It's been almost 2 months and haven't received jack $#/t.. I highly doubt these are made in the US.

Ordered Dec 9it’s Feb 22nd and haven’t heard from them about the Orthotics in months. Ridiculous. They ignore emails

Ordered on December 1st, it is now February 23rd, and I still don't have my inserts. The last time they emailed me an update was over a month ago on Jan 19th. For the last few weeks checking my order status shows me it's shipping the next day... but it just rolls over when that day happens. I don't like to review products before I get them but since they emailed asking for a review on December 9th (9 days after I made my order) I feel it's very fair to write a review.
