I loved the first set so much I ordered…
I loved the first set so much I ordered another 2 pair. Helped my back a bit in just 2 weeks. Mary and the whole team will get it done for you. THANK YOU UPSTEP!!!!!

I love my Upstep insoles
I love my Upstep insoles. I don’t wear any shoes without them if I can keep from it. The change in my back and hip pain is life-altering! I initially purchased two pairs and after over a year of daily wear (and admittedly losing a pair) it was time for a refresh. The process for getting replacements was easy and customer service was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Impeccable customer care
I haven’t received my insole creation kit yet, but the customer service I have received has been impeccable! Mary, the Customer Care Supervisor, reached out immediately and adjusted and handled my size discrepancy literally 3 min after placing an order. I’m excited to begin this journey and hope they truly affect my livelihood for the better!

This was my third pair
This was my third pair. The company was really good at communicating with me to insure the orthotic was adjusted to support any new issues. They are good quality and fits perfectly. It was worth the money spent.
