The never coming final produxt
To receive the initial imprint package took a few days. I have still to receive the final product and it has been well over a month. In the meantime my plantar fasciitis has worsened

Well because our orthotics are 100% custom and analyzed by our in-house Podiatrist and our designers. We have an excellent production facility that crafts your orthotics without cutting corners. I have been waiting on my order for…
I have been waiting on my order for about two months. I have contacted Upstep and they have told me that my order will be sent out in 7-10 days. That was weeks ago. I also called and left a voicemail and never received a call back. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this company and will NEVER recommend them to anybody. I want my orthotics that I PAID 200 DOLLARS FOR OR I WANT KY MONEY BACK!

Ordered 1/29/23 Still nothing. Increased demand due to Covid, they say. So bummed this is a scam website when people are coming here with hard earned money for pain relief. What. A. Shame.

Terrible customer service and still waiting.
Ordered from this company in December. Website still states they will ship your insoles 28 days from when you are notified that they received your imprints back. We'll it's been over 28 days. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful, just get generic responses "we are behind on production due to demand" instead of answering my actual questions. The shipping date just keeps getting pushed off more and more. Upsetting that this company would be so misleading and wish the customer service was better, especially for the price. Disappointed.

Ordered a second pair of insoles…
Ordered a second pair of insoles beginning of January. 2 months later, I still haven't received them. I only got an update a month ago when I sent an email. They gave me excuses and empty promises. There are other orthotics companies out there which I will be using in the future.

Took 3 months to get delivered
Took 3 months to get delivered, and my feet hurt more wearing these than my cheap $20 inserts I picked up from Walmart, total waste of money.

Our orthotics are made from high-quality EVA and polypropylene - the best materials in the industry today. We use Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam. EVA is a wonderful shock absorber that is heat moldable and has excellent shape retention. Because of its versatile uses, it is among the most popular of our manufacturing materials. EVA provides excellent cushion, comfort, and breathability, wicking away moisture and reducing friction. We use Polypropylene, lightweight, durable, and heat adjustable. Polypropylene is an industry-standard. Our orthotics can be designed as flexible, semi-rigid, or as rigid as you like to meet your needs from basic walking to the athletic activities.
